The amount of the commission fee, set as a flat rate and proposed to you by the Expert, will depend on the complexity of the itinerary to find, on the cost of the final solution, on the flight class, on the number of travelers and other possible elements taken into consideration to build up the proposed product.

The commission fee for Beat my price request will be reimbursed if the Expert will not find a trip solution that allows you to save at least 25€ per person, including the commission fee proposal, compared to the price per person viewed by the Expert at the deal link given by you. However if the Expert propose to you a trip solution more convenient than your deal offer (es.: better stopovers, hold luggage included, direct flights, etc.) even with a higher price and you express the will to book the solution in chat room than the commission fee is not refundable.

Fee payment for our service and flight booking are two different processes. We strongly encourage to book the flight immediately after receiving it. In fact, the Experts can't block a ticket price and it isn't possible to guarantee that a ticket price will be the same for a long time. Remember that prices often change in a short time, therefore, do not waste your time, book the flight immediately after!

Remember this simple advises:
· Book the flight immediately after receiving the trip solution.

Volatom assures a refund of the Expert’s commission fee only if the flight ticket is not available for booking in the first hour after receiving the trip solution by the Expert.
In that (very rare) case, please provide a simple image attesting that no flight ticket is available during 1 hour after receiving the trip solution. Use a website (there are so many) to upload the image and send the link to the Expert in chat.
Otherwise, if you completed the fee payment, no refund will be possible.

The fee is evaluated with respect to your request. If you contact us for a trip that consists of more flights, you will pay just one fee for the trip.

No, VolaTom does not buy or sell airline tickets. After the fee payment, you will have to buy the flight ticket from a online agency or an airline company.

Yes. We use a well established and trusted third party payment service https://stripe.com to process the payments. Stripe is the best way to accept online payments and in mobile apps. Stripe handles billions of dollars every year around the world. VolaTom does not collect any data about your payment details (e.g.: credit or debit card number, cvc, expiry date, etc.) and for this reason we will never even see your financial information.

No, they are not. Offers and prices often change in a short time. If the Expert finds a flight solution, do not waste your time, book it immediately.

For Special offers, usually, you will get in touch with the Expert very fast. For this type of request, in fact, the Expert only needs to verify that the price of the special offer has not changed.

You can book a flight up to one year in advance of your departure date. However, the lowest fares are typically offered between three and four months in advance of the departure date.
If you fly during high season and school vacation periods, we encourage you to get in touch with us well in advance of your departure date.

Please consider that refund can take up to 5-10 working days before it will be visible in your online bank account.
